Yes, strawberries help you maintain strong, healthy teeth and gums alongside being delicious. You can also crush one strawberry and add ½ Teaspoon of Baking soda. Mix it well and use the mixture to coat your teeth. Keep the coat on your teeth for about two minutes, and brush your teeth with your toothpaste.
